By downloading, installing, or using the Preventiv IQ mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. These Terms govern your use of Preventiv IQ, a health technology platform that transforms medical guidelines into personalized reminders. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Preventiv IQ. By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Parents or guardians may manage profiles for children as part of a family account. Preventiv IQ reserves the right to refuse access or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You may create an account to access features such as preventive reminders and family profiles. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Preventiv IQ is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer its technology, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The App provides guideline-based reminders for educational and informational purposes only. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or professional care.
Preventiv IQ offers both free and premium services. The primary user profile is free, while the “Family Plan” subscription allows users to add family members for $4.99 per month. Brokers and employers may offer enterprise plans at $3 per employee per month. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your device settings. All payments are processed securely and are non-refundable except as required by law.
All content, technology, designs, and trademarks within Preventiv IQ are the property of Gedani & Logic Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the App’s features, data, or reminder engine without written permission.
Preventiv IQ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we aim to deliver accurate reminders based on clinical guidelines, we cannot guarantee completeness or medical accuracy. You acknowledge that your use of the App is voluntary and at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gedani & Logic Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Preventiv IQ. This includes, but is not limited to, missed reminders, medical outcomes, or loss of data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gedani & Logic Inc., its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms. This includes reasonable attorney’s fees and any liability imposed by third parties.
We may modify these Terms at any time to reflect updates in our features, pricing, or legal obligations. Revised Terms will be posted at https://preventiviq.com/#contact. Continued use of Preventiv IQ after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A. You agree that any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of New York County. Users outside the United States agree to comply with all local laws related to online services.
